Junior Service League of Wenatchee is comprised of 200+ members ranging in ages from 20 to 90 years old, who passionately work together to meet the needs of homeless women & children in the community. This is all thanks to the support we have received from our donors and individual volunteers. JSLW could not do this without your unabated generosity.
Next New Member Enrollment August - November 2018!
To join JSLW, please attend one of the Open Enrollment General Meetings in August, September, October or November to learn more. JSLW's fiscal year is July-June.
There are many reasons women join JSLW — to make new friends, give back to the community, make a difference, gain service experience, and educate themselves on happenings within our community.
All members are welcome to the General Meetings that are the third Tuesday of every month from September through May. Meetings are at the Douglas County PUD, with 5:30pm - 6:00pm social time & 6:00pm - 7:00pm meeting time.
In August we hold a summer social and in June we wrap up our year with an end of the year celebration.
The strength of Junior Service League lies in our members. Our JSLW membership requirements have been written to encourage active membership. The requirements are such that even the busiest women can contribute.
Aprons are available for purchase throughout the year $20. They are worn at all of our volunteer events.
